Trailering home our new Polaris 900 XP LE 4! We got a great deal from East Bay Motorsports! Marty, Elliott and Kim at the dealership were great! They got us in and out quickly. They had a brand new RZR out of the crate put together and ready to go when it was time to leave. We will definitely be going to Hayward to do business with EBM again. We have to drive an hour and a half, but it's so worth it! Thank you Marty, Elliot, Kim and everyone at East Bay Motorsports! We're customers for life!

I was totally impressed with the guys in the service department, along with the on hand stock of parts for my SV650. I was passing through San Fran when I had to get some emergency work done to my bike, luckily I found East Bay! They were open on a Monday (bonus!), had my part in stock and Joe Souza in service was very helpful in accommodating my repair quickly. Like I said, totally impressed. Thanks East Bay!

BEST SERVICE FOR REPAIR WE AVE HAVE EVER FOUND. MY HUSBAND AND I BROUGHT OUR 2 JET SKIS IN FOR SOME REPAIR AND FOUND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT VERY FRIENDY AND ABOVE AVERAGE IN SERVICE . JASON AND DARYL WERE ABOVE AND BEHOND HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL OF THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR SERVICE..WE COULD NOT HAVE MORE PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE PRICE AND LEFT THERE FEELING LIKE WE HAD MADE TWO NEW FRIENDS WITH JASON AND DARYL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING A FAIR PRICE FOR REPAIR AND AN HONEST ONE AT THAT..THEY ARE VERY BUSY THERE SO DONT EXPECT SAME DAY SERVICE BUT WHEN IT IS YOUR TURN YOU WILL GET THE BEST SERVICE AROUND.

A Darn Good Place.... I bought my bike on Saturday. Before we went in though, I had done a good deal of resaerch on the bike I wanted so I could speak from a position of strength. I think you have to do this when ever you make a major purchase. It made the process much smoother for sure. I called and scheduled an appointment to come in and take a test drive. This also helped alot I think.

Anyway, When we arrived, they had the tester all ready to go, which I thought was cool. While we were gearing up, I saw the one that I wanted, so I parked my Wife by it to guard it while I was gone! We did our test ride (which was very professionally done ) and the second I got back I asked Marty to take the one I wanted off the floor. And he did it, no questions asked.

The finance Dept. was great. Cally is an amazing person and she went to work and made it happen. We got a great price, great financing, and it was a pleasureable experience. We also got all of our gear there; they have it all. Helmets, gloves, jackets, the works. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. And when the deal was done They even delivered the machine to our place on the same day.

The second day in the bike suddenly wouldn't start. This was Memorial day and I was freaking out because I figured nobody would respond. WRONG!! The owner himself arranged for their best tech to come to our place and take a look at it. And he got her fixed! We got our cruise in that day, and 300-plus miles later everything is great. To me that's pretty impressive customer service. I don't know of any other dealer that would do that. For us, East Bay Motorsports rocks!

this will avoid the shake down in person arguing

over terms and phrases to only thier benifit.
