Do NOT RENT - Bedbugs!!!!!! 2012. Do not Rent this place - Iived there for about 5 months. The place is infested with bedbugs. The are in the walls, and floors, and mattresses they provide. The new indian owners are slumlords, and the cleaning crew/night time workers are illegal immigrants.

The guy who does maintenance in the back part of the building is a crystal meth addict and allows the homeless people to come in by providing them with master keys to the front doors, and these keys also work on all rooms. They give him crystal meth, he gives them the keys. The owners are aware of this, and have done nothing about it. The police are aware of this place The Hayward Police department is corrupt, and allows drug dealing to go on in this building.

There is a boy with long black hair, and goes by the name chris, he is the one breaking into the rooms/ or entering with a key. There is also a black transvestite she is actually a guy she looks like a guy in women clothes she is also in on it with chris.

There is heroine being dealt out of the building from a guy that lives up front, he used to be a janitor there until he was fired. He also may have access to master keys. I believe his name is Keith...big fat black guy that looks like an Ape and his wife is Divine, and she shoplifts at the local lucky store.

There is also a white girl by the name of Tonya, who is usually in the building taking showers, and you will see her cleaning up, taking out garbage for the owners...she is the one providing crystal meth to the maintenance guy.

There are 3 people living there that are on Amber List...as sex offenders living right next to little children.

If you move in, do not take anything with you because it will be infested with bed bugs.

There is a guy I think his name is Jessy he is a thief - stay away from him. I think he has like 5 kids from all these different girls and doesn't pay any child support.
