Terrible service. We visited the restaurant twice, first visit mixed feelings due to slow and inadequate service, but this last visit was terrible. From the first time we walked in we were ignored, passed by every worker there. When ever Asian customers, couples or groups showed up someone magically appeared to talk to them or at least to take names while totally ignoring us. This happened several times. We were left looking and feeling like idiots holding our baby while trying in vain to get someone’s attention.

Horrible experience that made us feel unwanted and even discriminated.

We will not return.

Hamachi Heaven. My girlfriends & I have been eating here for just over a year. It has the best Hamachi we have ever had. The pcs are big and succulent sweet. Most everything else were have eaten here has been good except for the spicy tuna it was too mushy. Nothing compares to their Hamachi Nigiri

I like this place. Lets see the last time i was there was... april 09 and it was a nice place. i will admit the waitresses are a little bland but i didn't find them rude... I thought the sashimi was good, I got the charashi, and my gf loves the misoyaki. yea i would recomend rays to anyone.

Used To Be My Favorite Place...Not Any More. The portions on the shiro maguro nigiri are still hugigantimongous. The double hamachi roll was still good...but for some reason, Ray's Sushi wasn't as awesome tonight as it was the last time we ate here. I even got a stringy chew in a couple of bites of the shiro maguro.

The service was blah, too. Don't think I'll be coming back here anytime soon...it's definitely not worth the drive anymore. Too bad.

Very Bad service. Me and my coworkers have been there couple of times and each and every time we were amazed how long could take bring some food on the table. Confused waiters didn't know which dish belongs to what table, so they were walking around and asking everybody if it is what they wanted. We had to cancel couple of dishes because even after waiting for an hour, it wasn't ready. The funniest thing was that our waiter (he claimed that he is the manager) couldn't split our check, because it cost him 2% more each transition. He required us to pay with ONE card, (for 5 people) or cash. Dude, why couldn't you mention it before we were ordering? Moreover, manager and other waiters barely speak English. Highly not recommend this place.

The most horrible dining experience for sushi!. I will NEVER go again. The service and food is horrible! The first time was not so bad. The sushi was okay, as long as you do not order the sashimi you will be fine. My second dining experience was not good at all. First off the waitress was hardly checking on our table to see if we needed anything. The food made my friend and I sick (if you know what I mean). And not a good thing if your planning on going to a club afterwards. There was a group of us, two of us, including myself had the sashimi, which was a huge mistake. The other girls did not get sick. I have a friend that had also dined at Mas Sake two months prior to my last experience. And while eating her salad. She was picking at it, and then realized she saw something moving in her food. It was a worm! She complained to the waitress, and the waitress did not seem to care?!!

Worst service!!. Tonight I have experienced the worst service ever at a restaurant that I can recollect. After putting my name down for a party of two, we happily waited ten minutes to be seated. Once we were led to our table, we were then denied of that table, which we were standing in front of due to fact that there was just a bigger party that just came in, so we had to walk back the waiting area. Later we noticed that a party of four that just came in get seated before us. Asking the hostess what just happened, she explained that they had a party of 5..which was a lie ,and which was why they were seated before us?? Getting extremely irritated, we were told that the next table was ours. Well guess what... a party of two was seated five minutes later and the waitress basically said tough luck and didn't apologize.

The plate I ordered that night had to be sent back to the kitchen due to the tuna steak being overcooked..no apologizes there either.

I will never be going back.

Not knowing how to treat customers. I brought my family to this palce for the dinner. Everyone expected someting good and different, but the hostess "mechanically" asked us to wait until 5:00pm when the service begins. She didn't bear any smile nor eye-contact to us while moving around the narrow hallway. After waiting 20 minutes, I totally lost my appetite when she asked us to sit at the sushi bar after giving a table to a party who came later than us. She was very stingy in saying "sorry" until we turned back toward the door.

The waitress there are terrible. The poorest japanese restaurant I have ever been, the waitress there were so impolite. I will never go there again.

Poor customer service. Food is OK but very poor customer service. Waiting time is was long. I will not recommended this to my friends
