Leonore totally delivered! She gave us delivery updates and was super responsive to our email inquiries.

Our LG Fridge came right on time, delivery was prompt, the guys were knowledgeable, helpful, polite and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better team!

I was very skeptical at first when I came here. I read some bad reviews and it kind of steered me away. I am glad I changed my mind and shopped here anyways. I have been shopping around for a Side loading washer for a few weeks, learning about the differences and comparing prices. Leonor Broch was the reprsentative who helped me all the way through the process. She took time and showed me several machines in different machines in sizes, models, and price ranges. I ended up choosing an Electrolux washer. Then, A buyers worst nightmare. The night I went home, I found the higher model Electrolux washer for a cheaper price than what I had just purchased! So, I thought "boy did I lose out twice, they are just going to tell me it's a different model number." I called Leonor first thing in the morning and expecting the worse, she alieviated my problem. Returned the machine at no restocking fee and got me the higher model and price matched the find! Thanks to Leonor Broch I have a fantastic Washer! Works absolutely superb! That's why I saw the employee of month award on her desk. Bravo!

Walked in knowing exactly which two models of fridge we were interested in. Knew what competitors were priced at and Airport Appliance was lower in both cases. They were out of stock on one of them, but they had the one we preferred as well as options we didn't yet consider.

Eve was super-helpful, and she arranged for same-day delivery for just $10 more. All-around was a great experience.

I purchased a refrigerator and i paid about $100 less than I found at other stores. My salesperson was really helpful and pointed out some great features that I didn't know about. The delivery team was awesome as well and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The people were very nice and helpful. Liked that you had coffee available to your patrons and you were feeding lunch that day which was awesome as we hadn't eaten yet. Our salesman did a great job showing us everything we wanted within our price range.
