Excellent. I received an excellent quote by email. The quote was $1000 less than any quotes I got from other VW dealerships. I drove from San Francisco to Hayward to buy the car, and it was worth the trip through East Bay traffic. The sales staff are very courteous. They used no sleazy sales tricks and went out of their way to set up excellent finance arrangements with VW Credit. There was no need for laborious haggling. I had done my research, and I knew the price and finance rate were more than fair. I was even allowed to use a $150 off coupon (which I forgot to bring with me) in addition to the already quoted deal. I've never had a better experience with an auto dealership.…
