POOR MANAGEMENT. Recently my wife and kids were in this store, one of my daughters picked up an item off the floor and placed it on the nearest shelf (cleaning the floor) when the manager sternly told her to put things back where they belong. My wife with limited English didn't understand when my daughter explained, my wife told the manager he should be happy to have customers he told her that he doesn't need her business and to leave the store. This is how big stores appreciate your business nowadays no thanks my family and I will shop with the small non franchised stores. Thanks This store is no good stay away!!!!
