Worst place to live, dont move to Summerwood apt. I live there for 5 years and love it so much till they change the manager. The manager is rude and the staff can't do anything without her approval. Dont move there! After they change the manager to Jennifer, she changed my lock without even let me know and I get locked 11 at night and it was raining, I called her and "there's nothing I can do" only she can say and she didn't even apologize to me. It was her staff that apologized to me. And when I move out they charged me $ 100 for one extra day. How stupid, she can't even calculate it means $3000 a month. And my monthly rent only $ 960. Dont ever think to move there. Oh yah one more thing, the staff enters apartments without notice and didn't leave any notice either.…
Terrible place to live....Zero. warning !!!!!!!!!!!! do not move in. Staff is unprofessional and they do what they need to do to get paid. Don't waste time and move in. one experience of many: Wasn't told water and garbage were separate from rent until was there signing for keys; also took a 3 month lease at $1140/per month instead of the 6 month lease at $1020.because I wanted to find a better place for the money. Was told specifically by Jacob that it wouldnt go up; HOWEVER RENT WENT UP TO $1400............Don't move in there they are rude and unprofessional they also retaliate if you speak your frustration. Don't' move in!!!! stay away…
