Service speaks louder than product.
Two years ago... two years later I still hate them. Their customer service makes purchasing anything there a horrible experience. The employees ask you if you need help one minute the next second they run off. They lack training. A customer wants to get in and out as quickly as they can. They don't want to wait around for 2+ hours so you can figure out if you're doing it right. Having a customer in front of you is good training... but if you don't know what to do, HEY MANAGERS!! It's YOUR job to make sure that the customer is being taken care of.
I could go on but my blood pressure will sky rocket. Bottomline is if you need to get something... go elsewhere. If two years ago their customer service sucked... two years later, they're in the same boat. Go somewhere else. It's not worth the headache.
