Viva Coach's. Just remember to bring your "A game" to this Fremont institution.

No better place to grab a drink after work on Thurs/Fri, or to spend a Sat/Sun in front of the many TV's watching sports.

This old school watering hole is the real deal.

Good, average neighbor hood bar.... My husband and I have patronized this bar in recent months and it appears that the majority of the clientele come on Thursday nights. It's definitely more of college scene on Thursday though.

We have also come on a Saturday night and it seemed "happening", but the ambience was much more mellow than Thursday.

The bartenders are always very cordial and efficient--as well as offering great suggestions for new drinks to try!

I would recommend Coach's if you are going to be in the Fremont area and are looking for a nice, fun sports bar. Most everyone comes in small groups of three or more, so people are bound to mingle the night away amongst one another.

AVERAGE FREMONT BAR. Service is good here...Coach's is sometimes interesting for the varied people that come here...local guys, first stop for people heading out for night, deaf people from Gaudelet's, crusty old drunks, etc. Nice beer selection. This place is good for Fremont, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit this place...

Superb, I say. I recently planned and had my birthday dinner here. A few of us arrived early, but they seated right away and we ordered a fabulous zinfandel. The appetizers were really great, and the service was good, even though the waitress had been there for only a week! It's romantic, but you can also gather a bunch of friends and have a celebration.

Great fun. This bar on a Friday night is a great place to go and hang with friends and meet new people. If you enjoy people who make fools of themselves and Bartenders who make fun of the drunks you will love this place.
