Awesome Haircut and Color by Nicole. If you want precise, expertly blended highlights, Nicole is your gal! I've had highlights done before, and this was by far the easiest and most beautiful process with a stylist.

I came to her for help just as my roots were going from the "ombre" look to fugly after another salon (that shall remain nameless) did my color : \

Nicole stepped in to the rescue! For the next hour she put foils in my hair while I drank tea and she chatted with me.

When she took out the foils, voila! A BEAUTIFULLY blended head of blonde highlighted hair rested atop my head.

I loved it, but the real test came when I went into public.

For the next several months, I received compliments on my hair color (which is the opposite of the reaction that I had received with my initial color job.)

I was giddy!

Clearly, this girl can transform a dull head of hair into a great head of hair!

I even told my friend, Julia H., who went to Nicole to get full color. When I saw her the next day, I didn't even realize that it was processed color; it was just that natural looking.

The salon itself is quite cute. It's decorated with French souvenirs, which play on their name, "Elle et Lui," translated to "Her and Him," perhaps from the French author George Sand's novel of the same name?

Overall, a pleasant experience, from booking Nicole as a stylist, to the appointment itself, and the results afterward : )
