I had a great experience. I had a great experience with this shop! They were friendly and knowledgeable and patient. I had spent hours on the phone with Dell trying to rebuild my computer and finally gave up. Cal at Ontrac helped me get it going again. I would definitely recommend this place for computer repair. Good location too - plenty of parking - near DVC.

Nice little neighborhood computer store. Nice little neighborhood computer store. Took my laptop to have my broken screen looked at. Decided to have them do the job since rate seems very reasonable and the people friendly and honest. Got my laptop back in a week. Good service. Good rates
