Great Sandwichs, Customer Service not always that great. They offer great sandwichs, but sometimes the customer service is really lacking. The employees that work there often seem more interested in talking with their friends then helping a customer sometimes. One time I went in there and I was the only customer in line and the employees were all just standing around talking and I went up the counter and was told very rudely that they were busy and that someone would be out to help me, I waited 20 minutes before someone helped me. Great sandwichs, they just need to improve their customer service.

The first Togo's opened in 1968 near California's San Jose State University, serving simple, sizeable sandwiches. Today, the same freshly prepared subs are ordered at the counter where diners choose their bread and toppings. Cold options include the signature avocado and turkey with all-white breast meat, and the Italian--salami, capicolla, mortadella, provolone and cotto. Popular hot subs include the pastrami, piled high with mustard. Veggie sandwiches, soups and salads round out the menu.
