Good price, no hassle. I'm very very late in writing this review, but I have to because my sales guy from three months ago called to make sure my car was doing great! For his consideration and kindness, I am writing my reviews about the great service I had just reminisced about… so here goes! I bought a preowned Montero last February and I can say that it was the single best car buying experience I've ever had. I was looking for a new Mitsubishi for months before coming across this dealer on a google After an immense amount of research, I knew what was a fair price and what wasn’t. This was the only dealership that did not try to mislead me nor did they try to push me into purchasing. They literally gave me the best price they could offer, which was actually the best price I found online.

After four days of going back and forth between three vehicles we finally made a decision. After purchase several problems found on the vehicle. They took care of the vehicle made it look great at no charge. Only down fall is all sales staff is new expect for very few.
Customers for life!. Worked with these guys to buy my Optima. Determined to get everything i wanted and within my price range I visited half a dozen dealers. I actually live in Walnut Creek and took the time to drive here based on the emails I have been exchanging with the Internet Manager here. Was definitely one of the most calm car buying experience i've ever had or even thought was possible. Gave them my specs and found the perfect car, it was cleaned immaculately, got a great price, and made the paperwork a breeze. Customers for life!
Optima Rules!. We had a great experience at Kia of concord. We originally just intended to browse for cars and did not anticipate on making a purchase same day. We were greeted by Mohammad who was friendly, knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. Initially we were considering financing a used car which Mohammad reviewed the inventory with us. We inquired about leasing a new car and ultimately we decided to go with a new Optima – which was far beyond expectation. Throughout the entire process Mohammad explained each step and made the process smooth. We love our brand new Optima and definitely recommend Mohammad and concord Mitsubishi Kia

their service writers are soooo nice. They handled a call with my questions just terrific, remembered me when I introduced myself upon arrival, and made sure to take good care. escalated to the manager when needed, and I was in and out of there in no time!

Positive Experience. I never thought I would ever say this about a dealership, but Concord Mitsubishi really changed my perspective about salesmen. Concord Mitsubishi has the largest inventory of new Mitsus I have seen in the past few weeks plus they keep their cars CLEAN! The people are actually competent and know what they are talking about. My sales person was young, but he seemed honest and he was able to answer every question I had about their Lancer. I left after breakfast and came back with my brand new 2011 Lancer by lunch time. I have never purchased anything so important so easily before.
Happy Service Customer. I know that the phrase "honest mechanic" seems to be an oxymoron, but not when you are talking about the mechanics. I've had my Lancer repaired here several times over the years and have gotten good service and value. The staff have always been super friendly, professional and efficient with all my repairs. In addition to my cars, they have also serviced my girlfriend's cars as well as her family member's cars, too. I have always been happy that their service is never trying to sell you what you do not need and always gets it right the first time.
Great selection of cars and pretty good prices. Excellent service. Walked in looking for an Sub and was matched up with a great sales guy (Tony) who was helpful and attentive. I drove the Outlander, sat down and talked about options, ect., I left to think about it and was not pressured to buy on the spot , got a super nice email from the sales guy, spent a couple days negotiating a price via email and bought the vehicle - picked it up on the Saturday and was out of there in no time. Smooth and painless experience. Way different than the experience I had with the sales guy from Honda.
