Be sure to have them read your ending fuel tank level in front of you when you check your truck back in. When I returned mine, they told me, no need to check in, I'd receive my receipt via email. Then they proceeded to charge me for $75 worth of gas I didn't use, insisting I brought the vehicle back with 1/4 tank. It had 2/3 tank when I returned it. They will steal you blind if you let them. Go somewhere else.

You're on the phone on hold forever, and after waiting for 1/2 hr. the idiot receptionist hung up on me. They don't play music while you're on hold either, instead it's a recording promoting how great U-haul is, and telling you a rep will be with you shortly - argh@! i purchased my hitch online, otherwise i would say just forget it, but they have my money now. Beware!
