Thank you!. I recently purchased a 2004 re-certified Honda Element from your dealership. I am writing to say "thank you". I have purchased other vehicles in the past and they were all bad experiences. And to be honest, I was worried that your dealership was going to be a nightmare. But your entire staff proved me wrong. It was a wonderful experience. I wanted to thank you for having a qualified employee that is bother trained in vehicle knowledge as well as customer service. Your sales agent Peter helped us from the beginning. I had called him earlier that morning to inquire about the Element to make sure it was still available. When we arrived around eleven in the morning, Peter was there with the key in hand and ready to test-drive. We had to bring our 13 month old daughter us and they made her comfortable and even gave her a big red balloon. It was wonderful. The facility accommodated us with patience and understanding apologizing about the time, we were there from 11am until after 3pm). Your sales agent Peter stayed with us the whole time, with out even taking a lunch break. The finance manager worked with us to get a low monthly payment and a low vehicle price. In these hard times, it's nice to know that there are still people out in this world who understand what you are going through and are able to work with you.

I received wonderful customer service. Wanted to inform you of the wonderful customer service I received while purchasing a new car from our dealership. I was helped by Peter (your Fleet Manager) who was very knowledgeable and helpful I have heard a lot of people complain about the experience of buying a car, and previously have had a negative experience myself at another dealership. Peter was able to find the car I wanted, he made the purchasing of the car very easy, and the car was ready when he promised. I am very happy with my car and my experience with both Peter and Concord Honda.

straightforward, no hassle pricing. We bought our car from Concord Honda. Wanted to say thanks, I appreciate the straightforward, no hassle pricing you offered. It was a good price as well. Mike did a great job showing us the car and working through the purchase paperwork. Thanks for your friendly patience as we oscillated in our decision between colors. We got the color we wanted. Thanks also to Eleni for explaining the finance-related clearly without pushing us on any of them. Overall, it was a great experience.

A great experience :). I just wanted to say than you very much for all your help yesterday in helping my husband and I purchase a car. It was a great experience, and we are very happy with the car. I will definitely give you a call. I also will keep in mind your offer, I am interested in possibly moving to a different dealership but I first want Silas to get settled in his new career before I make any changes like that. AMAZING!. Once I decided to go with Concord Honda, I made a call and notified Ali of the car we wanted and that we were on our way. The car was ready when we got there and the whole deal took no more than one and a half hours; from the time we walked in the doors, to the time we drove off in our new car. AMAZING! My wife and I really appreciated this, as we brought our two younger children with us.

Good place to buy a car.. From Ken the manager to Chris the mgr in service, your in good care.  They are attentive and honest and for a dealership, what a surprise.

stood out as the most honest. I began by seeking quotes on the Internet from various dealerships. Not only was Ali's quote among the lowest by email, he made sure to follow up with a phone call to assure me the best price. Throughout our correspondence both by phone and email, he stood out as the most honest (by far) and kind. Ali respected the fact that I had done my research and treated me accordingly. He knew when not to "sell".

Wonderful service worker. Originally, Mark Gillam was the one who took care of my Honda Civic for a number of years, until I finally sold it and purchased a Honda Element. He is a great asset to your company and I sure miss working with him at this location. He always rememebred me and my car and that made me feel like a VIP.
