Good place to service your car. I love this place. I know most everyone by name and they know me too. :) This Dealership makes the buying and owning of your vehicle hassle free.. Not the pushing sales staff that most dealerships are stereotyped for having. They have a friendly Service Staff. These Guys and Gals talk to you as your friend. I always hear the family vacation stories and they want to know about my family too. NEVER have I felt like they were trying to over-sale me on unneeded services. Yes, they are a busy shop and there is some waiting, even for an oil change. I rather bring my car here, and get a ride to work, then spend my time in the lobby... That is me. The lobby is nice, plenty of seating and free WI-FI. This place has 20 techs with loads of training, good place to service your car.
Everyone is friendly. I get my car fixed here. The techs get the job done. I trust them more than any other place I have brought a vehicle too. Everyone is friendly and I feel like I am not being taking advantage of. My Highlander is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Traded in the Honda Accord, which I did love, but not as much as this one.
Over all a positive experience.. As far as car buying goes, this is one of my better experiences. Our first ever new car purchase wasn't as stressfull as I thought it would be. The sales staff was helpfull and friendly, but not pushy. The finance guy was a little bit more firm with the warrenty and maintnece packages he wanted us to sign on for, but not too bad. Over all a positive experience.
Best in the bay area. The prices are reasonable, the inventory extensive, and the sales staff actually treats you with respect. I had visited a few days before I actually bought, and they were kind enough to bring me hot chocolate and let my kid play in the wait room, even though I made it clear I wasn't in a position to buy that day. I visited 8 lots in the bay area, and this was the only one that I didn't feel like I had to take a shower afterwards from all the sleaze.
Great Customer Service. Customer service in the parts dept. was great. I had a rear light out and could not get into the area to remove the bulb. The clerk came out to the car and showed me how to remove the bulb , and was then able to get the part that day. Avoided a fix it ticket.
Very impressed with Concord Toyota. I recently purchased an older used car from Concord Toyota, and from the initial phone call to the end of the deal, I was very impressed by the entire dealership! Id been searching EVERYWHERE for a car for my 16-year-old and had talked to LOTS of different salesmen at LOTS of different dealerships. Unlike other dealerships, the salespeople at Concord Toyota returned my calls quickly. They provided all the information I requested (instead of just trying to close the deal) and answered all of my questions. Since we live almost two hours away, one of the salesmen, Tony, even took pictures of the car and sent them to me to make sure that it was what exactly we were looking for before we drove down. We had a very limited budget, and they gave us a GREAT deal on the car. In addition, we found that one of the power windows rolled up very slowly so they offered to replace the motor AT NO COST TO US (even though the car was really being sold as is). When we had the work done, the Service Department was extremely courteous and efficient, making the repair in record time. Everyone that I dealt with at Concord Toyota, from Nelson Bliss, the general manager, to Russ, the service consultant, treated me with honesty and integrity, both seemingly rare qualities in the auto industry. Based on my experiences, I HIGHLY recommend Concord Toyota and will call them first for my next car.
A pleasure to work with. I was a little nervous going into this purchase because it's obviously a planned decision ? both mentally and financially. Aimee and I were talking about how close your original offer was to ours and we really appreciated your flexibility and not playing 'the sales game'. As I mentioned before, we had 2 bad experiences with San Luis Toyota and we'll never go back to them. After this experience, we will now contact you first for any future purchases! "Recently I have brought in my 2002 Highlander to your service center for a minor service. The work was done on time and as promised. However a week later my check engine light went on and I was concerned. I brought the car into the service center and Anthony Beaver assisted me again. After they completed a thorough check they were unable to find anything; they removed the indicator. Three days later the light was on again and I was in the middle of a longer trip to Fremont. When I brought my car in yesterday, Anthony was surprised to see me but extremely helpful. He called in Guy from the servicing team and they went to work. Guy was able to identify that the cabin filter had been chewed on by varmint and the pieces were clogging the system. They replaced the filter, cleaned out the vents and ensured that all was working as normal. They even washed and cleaned my car, finding my children?s socks along the way. I truly appreciate Anthony?s patience with me and my car. I am also thankful to guy for not giving up and finding the real issue. I will be sure to recommend your service team to all that I know. Thank you for setting the standard for others to match!
Very efficient!. Today I paid an unscheduled visit to Concord Toyota to double check what turned out to be a minor problem in one of the several cars we've purchased over the years from your dealership. Daric Mathis from your service department immediately fixed the problem and literally, in about five minutes, I was heading back home with the problem solved.

"My husband and I just purchased our 4th vehicle (in about 6 years) from Nelson Blount. Somehow we buy cars, then we need to give one to our kids, and we end up having to buy another one. Oh well....
