The place to go for car stereo in the East Bay. It is hard to find a business these days where the owner is there taking care of you and cares that you are satisfied. I went in without an appointment and after a consult they had the unit installed in my Eurovan in 30 mins. This the way I imagine business was conducted 50 years ago when most businesses were family owned. The young installers really know their business. Would highly recommend.

Tinting on my Cadillac. I recently got a window tinting done on my cadillac. The first trip was good. I brought the car home and found some imperfections in the rear windows and took the car back. They happily redid the tint and I took the car home again - only to find the same imperfections.

When I took it back again I spoke to Doug and he was extremely nice and helpful. He was happy to do it over again, but the tinter said that the problem was with my window, not the tint. I guess the window on my car is shaped differently than other cars which makes tinting more difficult. I asked Doug to watch over the tinter and the third time the tint came out FLAWLESS.

I'm very happy with these guys and I will definitely be taking my business back again. You can't put a price on their brand of customer service, and the work they do is excellent too.

GREAT WORK, FUN PEOPLE. I had a car alarm and window tinting done on my 2008 honda accord. Both came with a lifetime warranty for no extra charge. I waited around, both jobs took three hours total, while I was waiting I talked to the people who worked their. Every one was really nice and the time went by quick. My car came out great, every thing went as planned.

Professional car service at a good price. I took my 1982 benz in for a window tint removal. The price was right, and the window is now 100% tint free, with all the original defroster lines intact; next to impossible to do for an old car. The price I paid was $8 less than what they quoted me over the phone, and the work they did was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Expert Window Tinting!. The Best Guys were very helpful in helping me decide the correct tint for my car, completed the work on time & the results were perfect! They mentioned that the tint might "bubble" during the drying process but it never did! I will be taking my next car back to the Best Guys!!

Best Guys are great guys!. Best Guys has extremely good and professional customer service, knowledgeable and professional staff and fair pricing. They really provide value to their customers. Don't believe the negative reviews -- I was treated very fairly. They answered all my questions, were very knowledgeable about product options and promptly handled my order. I highly recommend Best Guys. They're a local business, family owned and they treat their employees right and boy, does it show in their work ethic and attitude!

most proffesional shop in the bay area. I have read the negative reviews about the best guys and I dont believe that they are true. I used to be an employee at the best guys and I know that they pride themselves on customer service. I was just in there on Saturday and I witnessed an employee volunteer to stay late so that that they could do a job for a customer that needed a stereo for the weekend, even though they had a full scheduel, they even gave the customer a ride home so that they didnt have to wait at the shop. It is this can do attitude that keeps them busy, even though the economy is bad rite now. Their work is impecible and their equipment is state of the art. Doug and Dave are the best bosses that I have ever had, and they would do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. I believe that these negative reviews are fraudulant and probobally perpetrated by less proffesional shops that are lacking businuss. I live in the area and everyone that I know does businuss with the best guys, because the quality of work and customer service is second to none. Please do not listen to these negative reviews, rather ask someone for yourself, chances are that you know someone who shops there. And I assure you that they will have nothing but good things to say about them. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and have a good time with your expierence at the best guys.

REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!. I have been a customer of THE BEST GUYS for over ten years and i wouldnt do business with anyone else... I moved out of the East Bay three years ago and I still make it back to concord to have my window tinting and stereo work done, not only for my veichles but for my families veichles as well.... The customer service is great, the work is great, and the enviroment is unlike anyother business of its kind. The installations have always been clean and done right. Everytime that i have had a system done by the best guys either the owner or one of the installers has gone out of their way to listen to the system with me and do any fine tuning on the amplifiers or head unit while im present to ensure that i am satisfied with the sound.. GREAT WORK, GREAT SERVICE, HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!!!

Bad facility and ok workmanship, not great.. Facility does not have a clean area for tinting. Its done in a carport with a dirt and gravel floor. The results show. Out of the six pieces of glass tinted only two was free of tiny particles. You can feel the particles under the tint. The rear window tint was cut slightly short on one side. From a distance it looks ok. But upon closer inspection, not so good.
