Be Cautious, Terrible Experience. This may be one of the only options in town, but pet owners be careful. Had a very unfortunate experience with this groomer--she was rude, unprofessional, and charged a full groom charge, even though she didn't didn't groom my dog! The groom was to include a bath, haircut, and nail trim, but she didn't cut the nails, finish the cut, or trim his face and legs. She said the dog was resisting so she couldn't finish--that I can understand, pets probably aren't always the most cooperative--but isn't that your business? And I was really surprised by the owner's aggressive and hostile approach (mentioned in other reviews). I wish I had read some of the other reviews on sites first. She told me I had to pay full price to get my dog back, even though she didn't perform the service. That sure doesn't seem like good business. She told me she wasn't worried about losing me as a customer because she's always busy. I'm glad her business is doing well, but I'm pretty sure that's not because she's a good or professional groomer, it's because she's one of the only shows in town.
