Amazing service , flowers were perfect.... I had a excelent experience with diablo. My mothers birthday slipped my mind and i called Diablo at 4:30 in the afternoon. The owner offered to make and hand deliver my gift. My mother was thrilled and I too was taken back By the small home town charm of this florist. The service was A +. You can never get that personal attention from the computer.. I was pleased, mom was pleased and I will recomend them to everyone. People are so quick to report the negative, I think it's time to give Diablo the credit deserved for a job well done.

CUSTOMERS SHOULD COME FIRST. Delivered the wrong flower/package. Not happy. I was offered replacement but "they" had already spoiled the excitement. My husband was very disappointed. What is the use of getting the flower delivered in the first place? The surprise look of the person receiving the flowers. THAT CANNOT BE REPLACED! That's priceless!

The owner insisted to pick up flowers at my home for the refund. I refused, since I want to maintain my familys safety and confidentiality. Owner still very persistent regardless of me feeling uncomfortable of the situation.
