Wow, What Happened To Customer Service???!!!. As far as the quality of pizza, I've had it before and its good, spectacular no, but good.

With the amount of competition in the pizza bus, there needs to either be magical sauce or magical customer service. Delivery should be done by someone who can represent the business with integrity. We were actually told to hurry up and get the money cuz its cold outside and were given numerous sighs and frustrated grunts, as if he was wasting his time.

Customer service is important in these times where we all think twice before spending on take out, no one likes to pay for something with a feeling of regret after due to bad cust service. This was the case with our order at Aladino's.

Best Pizza in the area!! Their new Brentwood and Discovery Bay locations are beautiful and good also!. Features thick delicious crust pizzas and always fresh salad bars. Another great part is their young staff. Just super kids.
