Hands down the Best Mexican food in the East Bay. However, the service is sketchy at best. I havent tried anything but their Mexican food but we're trying the seafood and pizza tonight (keep u posted). Best advice for Little Manuel's: Order the Mexican, pick it up yourself (delivery times are truly terrible, and above all: CHECK your order!

At times, Stellar mexican food.. This has been one of my favorite down home mexican restaurants in Antioch and Oakley. But over the years they have suffered in personel and from a fire that nearly gutted the restaurant. After rebuilding and reopening the decor is fun and lively, but that doesnt help the inconsistency in food quality, not to mention the irresponsible service. One of the only places in Antioch that delivers mexican food, forget it. Most delivery times are quoted to be 45 minutes, even mid week, and end up being 1 1/2 hours. And if you are ordering Nachos, expect them to be a soggy mess.

For a good meal, go INTO the restaurant and stick to the mexican food. The burgers, and italian items don't belong and are not done well. But the Chips and Bean dip are fantastic. Go for the "wet" Super-Chicken Burrito. My Favorite for Years! The Chicken Taco Salad is Huge and feeds a Grown man extremely well... But what man eats a salad? Psssssh! =P
