worst pool anywhere ever. I swim. this is the worst water i've ever swam in, and I gave it the college try - 6 months of complaining about the bad water to a management that simply refuses to do anything about it, and would rather call me, the customer, out-of-line and continue to drive revenues from the swim classes for kids (kids whose parents don't go in the water and have no clue about the risks therein) than to care about running a good clean and safe pool. The pool is in violation of several state codes on an ongoing basis with regard to water quality, lighting and temperature fluctuations. It's common to swim in the dark with no lights on at all in mornings and/or cloudy/foggy/dark days. In March 2007, they started keeping the pool between 83 and 88 degrees and the water further deteriorated. That's when I started having chronic respiratory infections. Then they did gunnite repairs and I got sicker than SICK for 2 weeks. The water is perpetually cloudy and tastes like human effluent and sweat. Many fellow lap swimmers complained and experienced the same things I'm describing here, but management continues to turn a deaf ear looking only at their bottom line from customers who don't complain (the kids). Their systems are aged and clearly are either not run enough or cannot handle the load. The county inspector is useless (biding his time until retirement? cares more about his 'relationship' with the club than protecting citizens? yep).

Save your health and that of your kids: stay out of this pool.
