Peek-a-Bootique has come a long way in the past 6 months. They have new owners, who have spent a lot of time and money renovating and bringing in much better merchandise than before. Now if you're like me, you're waiting for the pin to drop -- that all that renovating would mean higher prices. But somehow they avoided that. It's still a great place to find a bargain or three, but now they also carry some unusual baby clothes from San Francisco designers. That's going to appeal to a certain kind of Mom who wants something different and unique. With three kids, you get more comfortable with the idea of second hand kids clothes -- heck, you get comfortable with them as soon as your first outgrows a creeper in about 6 weeks. So the Peek-a-Bootique idea really appeals to me. Everything is always clean and whole, and the store itself is also clean and bright -- not what you expect in a used clothing place. They've also got things in the store for your kids to play with when you're shopping. It's nice to have a few minutes peace to look things over. Anyway, highly recommended. Worth a little trip over to Noe Valley! Only thing that isn't so great news is that I think they've discontinued carrying diapers. It was nice to have an emergency place for them. But then. Walgreen's is just across the street.
Pros: Merchandise, Prices, Selection
Cons: Discontinued diapers

I happen to be one of the lucky people who gets to work at this fabulous store. Having been working at Peekabootique for nearly 4 years, i am pleased to say it keeps getting better and better! If you haven't come by our newly remodeled store, come check it out. We also want YOUR opinions on how we can keep on making this store an even better place to shop. We, the staff here at PAB, are open to any and all suggestions. Although I am not a mother, I am a nanny, and having worked here for so long, know a lot about products for children, as well as know a lot about children in general. We have a ton of both new and used toys, clothes, equipment, safety products, shoes, and plenty of baby shower and birthday gifts. I enjoy working in this store very much and would love to meet you and family!
Pros: Staff is helpful, Both a great selection of new and used stuff
Cons: Parking is a bit of a hassle
