When I called to see if DHL picked up at their location, they told me yes, at 3:30 - so up the hill to Noe Valley I went with a large box with prepaid return shipping. When I got there, I was told that DHL wouldn't pick up until 4pm, but that for $5, they'd hold onto the package for 20 minutes. I pointed out that I had called ahead, and was given the "it's your problem" look. I told them it was ridiculous to charge $5 to watch a package that wouldn't even need watching had they had their story straight when I spoke to them on the phone. Businesses that engage in this kind of cheap, crappy treatment of customers deserve to be displaced by big box chains.

They have a Notary Public on site at all times! And, when this service is needed you just can't beat fast and easy service! Thank you!
Pros: Notary Public on site at all times (I called ahead to be sure though)
Cons: none
