Ted arranged financing for me during a tricky purchase in San Francisco in 2005. The lender usually required a 3-year prepay penalty, he was able to get it down to 1 year. We just refinanced the loan to better meet my current needs. I would highly recommend Ted and his assistant Rose. They are great.
Pros: Great locaion in the Financial District,
Cons: Parking is really expensive or non-existent...use public transportation
