If you are homesick for Northern Italy, you need to call right now and make a reservation at Scala's. Scala's has perfectly braised meats, exquisite polenta and dazzingly desserts. The ambiance is warm and inviting and the service is professional and unobtrusive. The wine list has a great representaion of Italian wines. Making Scala's my GO TO PLACE when I am in San Francisco

La Scala is not a fancy overpriced gourmet temple. Delicious Italian food at a fair price. That's why we return again and again.

Pros: Good Italian food, no overpriced trendy eatery

Cons: can't think of any
