What do you get when you combine Jeff Amber (former executive chef at XYZ, Chow, Moose’s), Jeff Krupman (the Pizza Hacker) and Jeff Hayden (Boot & Shoe Service)? Not Jeff to the Power of 3, but The Forge, a new restaurant with American comfort food and some kick ass pizza. The pizzas and many entrees are baked in a wood fired oven that means serious business. Outside much tamer fire pits and a waterfront patio mean leisurely afternoons no matter what the season.
