Editorial Review for Remi – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
One of the best efforts by Adam Tihany, the world-renowned architect, Remi remains among the city's most exuberant and timelessly stylish spots. A playful Venetian motif is traced out with soaring murals of canals and arches, and Tihany's masterful use of lighting makes everyone appear ready for a spread in Vogue. The menu offers homemade pasta dishes, filet mignon and regional specialties like Venetian-style calf liver.

The service here was excellent. I really enjoyed the seafood and the bread. It's not cheap, so make someone else pay.

Pros: Tasty, Great Service

Cons: Expensive

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

Just walked in (party of 3), no reservations, no hassle. Seating available after a brief wait which gave us a chance to grab drinks at the conveniently located bar as soon as you enter to the right. Happy hour specials available...martinis were delicious. The food portions are large - so mind what you order for appetizers. We had the rare tuna app, buffalo mozz/tomato app, portobello ravioli, lasagna, salmon and risotto special. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. No room for desert.

Pros: Nice setting, close to shows, attentive staff

Cons: Be prepared to park in garage
