A fantastic Automotive CRM Solution for any dealership. Retention, Loyalty Rewards, Online Appointment solution that will write to the DMS and is 10x better the Xtime in my opinion. They also have a great Lost Soul Recovery program that adds revenue almost immediately. Oh and they guarantee their service and all their contracts are month to month. I have never been happier with a CRM company from the instant support, training and follow up to overall performance. Their product does as advertised and I consider it a great partnership. I have already recommended that our Dealer group add Total Customer Connect in all of our locations.
