Founded in 1979 in Los Angeles, La Salsa has grown into a chain of quick-serve, taqueria-style restaurants. Specializing in soft-shell tacos and other Mexican favorites, the restaurant's hallmark is its salsa bar that allows customers to choose their toppings. Menu offerings include a variety of fish, meat and veggie tacos, plus burritos, quesadillas and salads. Entree-sized meal platters--like the enchilada plate or three-pepper fajita platter--come with rice, beans, chips and salsa.

Excellent. La Salsa is a great place to go for a quick bite to eat or to sit down for an extended lunch or meeting. Everything on the menu is excellent, especially the Baja Fish Tacos and the Los Cabos Shrimp Burrito, so don't fill up on the fresh warm chips. The line can get long during lunch but they move through it quickly. All their salsas taste great and are made fresh everyday.
