All about money. This place is a rip off. They charge $48 per office visit, but the actual doctor only sees my kittens for 5min max. The remaining time was taking temp, weighing, taking questions by the technician. I have 2 kittens, they examine them at the same time, same room, but they charge twice!! Each fecal test was $50. They had to run 3 tests on my kittens before they said they were negative for roundworm. But soon after, I found a tapeworm on my kitten's tail. Another kitten is still having loose stool, which they said it maybe something else. So far, I'm not happy with their treatment.

What's worse is that they charge me $9 each kitten for helping me giving deworming pills to the kittens. It's very hard to give it to a kitten, so they doctor said it's ok to bring them in and the staff would help me. NO ONE told me that there would be a charge. I just thought it was nice of them to do that. However, when they hand me the bill, I realize they charged me already, a total of $18 for 2 kittens, for just 2 min worth of their time. It could be faster if the experience technician knew what she was doing. She was clumpsy, and didn't know what to do. I had to hold down the kittens for her and got scratched. And they still charged me, even though I told them the doctor said it was ok to bring in. I didn't want to fight with them. But they lost a customer over $18. I spent at least a thousand dollars in the last 3 months already.

Bye bye All about Money!!! I've found another hospital, I'll never come back to this place again.

A more accurate name would be All About Money. I am so upset with this place, that I'm having trouble mourning the loss of our dog. I believe that based on the treatment received from this place that we kept our 15-year old shepard/collie mix alive about a year too long and at a huge cost. When we brought him in a year ago to be euthanized, the Dr. persuaded my husband to run tons of tests (upwards of $700.00 for that visit alone) and to medicate the dog (for arthritis and a slight thyroid issue) at a cost of about $5.00/day. Then run more tests periodically to see if his liver and other vital organs could handle the medications. Last night my husband finally brought the dog in to be euthanized and was charged over $300.00!! A few months ago a friend brought his dog in to another vet to be euthanized and it was $80.00. A few years ago, my (since retired) vet came to my house on a holiday weekend, with an assistant, euthanized our old dog, took him away, had him individually cremated and returned the ashes in a lovely rosewood box....all for $90.00!! I called All About Pets this morning to see if they would lower the bill at all and they were unwilling to do so. I'd avoid this place at all costs. He's the vet for our local Petsmart. I guess it's okay to charge these prices for a corporation, but for an individual it's ridiculous. I won't be shopping at Petsmart either as a result of this experience.

GROOMER NEVER SHOWED UP. I had a 130pm appt for my Yorkie with the groomer Keri (with 20 years of experience).she never showed up I waited for an hour and still she was not there. The staff was not helpful at all. Just telling me to wait and that she went to lunch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
