Dishonest. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife as a gift. I specifically asked if i could return them if she didn't like them or if they did not fit. I went to return them 4 days later and was not allowed to return them. I was lied to by a dishonest employee and the business owner would not stand behind the employees mistake.
