Very happy!Nno pushy-ness to get vacs or other things i didn't want. nice that ov lasts a year in case I change my mind. Also, I think it's very nice that you ask if it's an emergency before you put me on hold.

I am really happy that I got an appointment right away. Doctor was very gentle with my pet and I knew what they were talking ablout.

My dog needed to be put to sleep which is a horrible experience, but the staff was wonderful and compassionate.
