I love these guys!!!. These guys are so reliable. I call them up, and they are at my doorstep on time. They are friendly. One time, I left my phone in the backseat of one of Yellow Cab's Vehicles. They were so kind as to drive it to my house. How convenient is that. Yellow Cab is a 5+ star company which REALLY cares about their customers. They are managed well, and the service you get is the perfect reflection of the top tier management Yellow Cab has.

OMG!. Ok, so i'm writing this review because I am just so happy.

A few nights back we got picked up from Karma, in a cab and were taken to my home in pleasanton.

The next morning i realize i lost my phone. Oh no!

I call my friends and they told me i could have left it in the cab.

I called a few numbers and when i called yellow cab they took down my phone number and told me they will call me back if they find my phone.

Unlike the other cab companies they actually listened to me, and took down my information.

I had given up hope but, today i got the call back

they found my phone and returned it to me today.

I must have some good karma.

5 stars yes!. Although the 5 stars will skew the overall rating for the company, this review is about one awesome driver in particular, Francoise (yes I know the "c" should have a little tail on it, but I am too lazy to cut and paste it).

Francoise should give lessons to all other drivers out there. She was pleasant, engaging, had a wonderful French accent (despite living in the States for longer than I've been alive), and didn't mind when we verbally assaulted her with our horrible recollection of French words and phrases.

I wish she could be my driver any time I need a cab, but alas it is not meant to be. C'est d'accord.

Very Reliable. You need to use this taxi service over all others! It is actually the real Yellow Cab not just some fake taxi company. They provided great rapid service to the oakland airport. USE them!
