They work on weekends!

I had them install a water heater for me yesterday. They didn't charge me additional money to come to my home on a Sunday. The plumber who arrived was very nice. The work looks clean and we have hot water again. He did have to get a permit for the work and did have to do some more work according to Hayward. It was a bit more than I thought it would be, but I do feel that he did quality work. I would recommend this company.
- Pros: Able to do same day service, even on Sunday. Good work
- Cons: A bit more $ to do because of my city and permit

This company came to may home to replace a water heater. They did high quality work. They were on time. I had one other bid and this company was very competitive. Very professional on the phone. High quality operation.

fast but expensive and LIMITED warranty

i had a new water heater installed 2 1/2 years ago, cost over $1,200. I purchased the heater through Home Depot and the deal was that all the parts used to install the heater were to be priced at Home Depot's price - but NO, they charged 2 and 3 times HD's price. Now it's leaking and they charged me $250.00 to fix it, saying the installation has only a 1 year warranty. What part of a water heater installation would conceivable have problems in 2 years or even 10 years ? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!
