Wonderful Experience!

I love my new short hair-do! I wanted something very different from what I usually wear. DeeDee gave me a style that is not only new and fresh, but one that has brought me many compliments --such as "stylish", "sophisticated", "elegant"! For me, also, a major plus is getting in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend Serendipity.

I was excited to find Serendipity! The owner is young, conscientious and professional. She's personable, keeps up with the latest styles, and is committed to a serene salon experience for her clients. She specializes in healthy hair care and won't perform a requested service if it would damage your hair. That's a rarity in an industry typified by those who would do anything for a dollar. I highly recommend Serendipity!

The stylist here value healthy hair care! Ashley and dee dee work with you to make sure that u leave satisfied. I agree with the other reviews! U owe it to your scalp to come relax and be taken care of at Serendipity. I wear eyelash extensions. And it was awesome that I could get my eyebrows and eyelashes done here as well. One-stop shops are awesome! :) I have been comming here for the past two months. was very pleased with my visits! Which is y I will be a lifetime client. :)

Worst Weave EVER!!!

DeeDee the owner did a weave on me. the first problem I had was that she didn't really condition my hair. she shampooed it once and put a instant conditioner on it and was done. The weave she did looked like a wig and she charged me $250. I also warned her not to braid the hair too tight because I was having breakage issues, but she ignored that. I took my hair down 2 days later and had a sore scalp and severe breakage. I went to the local Beauty Supply and bought a wig for $29.99 that looked 100 times better then that ugly weave and caused no damage to my hair.
