No one else has better service!.
Here is a short version of what happened:
Girl gets into car accident and has a hurt neck.
Girl has to miss BFF's Thanksgiving holiday dinner.
Girl feels really bad.
She YELPS a florist in the area where her friend lives.
Um, girl realizes it is 7:03pm and most florists are done and closed.
Girl calls 4 florists before reaching Moe's.
A nice man answers and empathizes with girl's car accident and neck pains.
Man nicely says he would be more than happy to deliver friend's to BFF's family's house saying sorry for missing the dinner.
Man delivers flowers 30 minutes later (after the store is closed).
BFF is super touched and the flowers are still alive a week later.
How is that for customer service?
