If you're facing bankruptcy do yourself a favor and talk to Sagaria. Bad things happen and sometimes we get in over our head, financially. I worked with Elliot - he is not only an excellent bankruptcy attorney but a wonderful and caring person.

State of confusion. I was truly in a state of confusion over possibly losing my house to the bank and going into debt to save it before I found an advertisement for Sagaria Law. I was impressed with their business and how I was treated. They took me through the whole process and I was never alone. They followed through and my debt was released. Good Job. If you are in need of an excellent bankruptcy or foreclosure attorney look no further. I came to Scott with a complex bankruptcy and foreclosure problem and right from the start he put me at ease and assured me it could be taken care of. It only took a month to resolve the entire issue and the outcome was excellent. Scott and his staff are very polite and professional and easy to work with.
