These guys care more about continually
charging your credit card then they do about allowing you to use the service you have paid for.
What a nightmare. I have 12 pre-pays on file and then when I go to them for help since I wasn't using the service the way I thought I would, I find out that the only help they can give me is pausing the service for 1-2 months. The only problem with that is, I can't use the service that I have already paid for if it is paused, that doesn’t help.
The only way to use their service is to keep paying their fees. Once you get behind in using the service, you're SOL.
Be very cautious of signing their contracts because their contracts are designed to generate money at all costs.
