worst food..not a place for vegans

This is the worst restaurant I have come across in my 10 years US stay. We have been in almost all the states, but believe me please save your money. First they better change to only non-veg restaurant, I could'nt even stand there for a second, I think they were cooking fish, and I was about to vomit there. THere is no way a veg can like the atmosphere, the smell, the masala they added in the biryani. I felt like I was eating ground masala with rice not biryani. Please if someone, I don't care if the owner is thinking that his biryani is great compared to swagat, please go to swagat and eat..you will know what biryani is and I am no way related to swagat but biryani bowl is worst. I had the biryani sitting on my table till today noon. I just hate throwing food, so added lots of curd and had it. Biryani Bowl Food is very unhealthy with lots of burned oil, someone should go to the kitchen and see the oil color, it will definitely be black burned. I will say this restaurant deserves negative stars, not even single star....

DONT GO THERE!

This place doesnt deserve a single star!

So its 1pm Sunday afternoon. We are hungry and so we decide to visit this new place. Somewhere around the corner,people are celebrating India's Independence day.

I order Chicken noodle, Veg Manchurian, Veg Biryani & a Mango lassi. 10 mins after I ordered, the lady at the counter brings me the Lassi. Sweet beginning followed by a 25 minute wait! At this point my toddler has already gulped down the Lassi and me and my DH are wondering if we had accidentally ordered the food to-go. Then the lady walks to our table and asks us if we can order something else because our Noodles order will take some more time! What? At this point we are so hungry that we order Chicken fried rice thinking it will arrive soon. 20 more minutes pass and the place is now crowded with people. We are about to leave when our order finally lands on our table.

Food? NOT WORTH THE WAIT. Veg Manchurian is sour and spicy. The Biryani was tasteless and the Chicken fried rice - let me not comment.

In my 10 years of stay here in the US, of all the Indian places I have visited, I was never ever made to stay this long for (tasteless)food or made to rethink and reorder 25 minutes after I had placed the order. It is not worth it guys. Stay away.

• Pros: New, clean,good interior,Mango Lassi- the 'list' ends there!
• Cons: FOOD, huge waiting time, you may not get what you ordered!
