Fast and professional service.......

I was stuck on the side of the road because I had dead battery. I don’t have triple A so I decided to call Auto Towing at (510) 281-1919. I told the dispatcher over the phone about my dead battery and she said she would send out the towing truck to come and get my car. I was so relieved when I saw the towing truck only 30 minutes later. Auto Towing gave me a really good price for the towing. I recommend Auto Towing for any roadside assistance you might need.

Good Job

I was visiting my friend when I locked the car with the keys inside. The horrible part was my 2-year-old sun how was also inside. I was in a rush of excitement to meet my friend and the car lockout happened when I was in peak of excitement. My friends recommended 24 hours towing and we dialed them and before I can explain things to my friend, they were there in just 15 minutes. They opened the car. I got my kid! And my kid sun….! I remember how scared my kid was! Thanks 24hourstowing! I have their number noted down!

Example: great place for good bread

My car died on Saturday evening. I got 24Hour to tow it on Sunday. Hoping to get it running again that day I had him take it to the nearest auto center on the area. 24Hour wished me luck but mentioned that the guy we passed right after he picked me up (oh yeah, did I mention that he swung by my house to pick me up?) is the best VW mechanic in the city.

So a few hours later after the mechanic guys told me they couldn't fix my car, I called 24Hour back and asked him to tow my car over to his friend's place. Within half an hour he came back and towed my car over to VFC Engineering and got the owner (who happened to be there working on his personal racecar) to let me in and take down the info on my car right then even though the shop was closed. And then he only charged me $20 for the second tow.

• Pros: Local technicians & highly understanding dispatchers
• Cons: I wish I was as friendly as that technician myself!
