Great High End Vietnamese Restaurant in Berkeley!. Great intimate place for a nice dinner. Patrick the owner and head chef regularly comes out and speaks with the diners and if you're lucky, his mom Lucie is a blast! The Banana Leaf Salad is my fav and the Sea Bass is quite good as well!
