Proactive to protect me and my property. Mike was already my agent when he proactively approached me with a potential improvement of my financial security. His presentation was convincing and I accepted. And the realities encountered in the next few years drove home how important and correct his predictions were. There have been times when I said "no" to him and I see his wisdom.
