I've always had a great experience here. They have over 30 therapists on staff so there are many different styles of massage to choose from. Many therapists there also have a private practice and/or work at other local spas. Choosing the right person is always a personal choice. I've tried other places and spent much more money and still didn't get what I wanted. This place is great once you find the person right for you. Another thing I want to mention is that management listens to feedback from customers and bad therapists are weeded out. I have personally seen this happen.
Pros: Mostly easy to get appointments, long hours, friendly staff, great variety of therapists and modalities
Cons: Sometimes on weekends it is hard to get appointments

I've had many massages in my day and know that some specialists are great and others can be average, but my experience here was pathetic. The bldg and lobby was clean and the front desk people seemed professional, but that's where it all ended. The "massage specialist" acted like I was just another first timer that she had to rub oil on for the next 45 mins. I specifically asked for deep tissue massage and literally was lightly rubbed with a tub of Crisco until the clock was exactly 10 mins til. No methodology, no finesse, no care, just quickly moving from one body part to another, then back again to slather on more oils and butter. There was no music in the room, just the light music that filtered throughout the bldg. So all you can hear is shuffling of blankets, loud breathing, accompanied by horrible breath. All I could think of after the first 5 mins was how I could politely walk out w/o hurting anyones feelings. Never did, but should have. The price will definitely get people in the door, but only a quality massage will get them to come back. Not sure if things will improve. ....but I'll never know.
Pros: Price, location
Cons: poor massage therapists
