Wine!. This is the place to find very friendly staff and great wine together! be sure to have a taste on the sides on the wine, the staff will recommend some if you are a first-timer. makes you appreciate wines and great people.

One of the best out there. This place is definitely one of the best local hangouts around the area. Other places that I feel are on the same level are not from around. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Prices are right on the wine...not only do they have so much choices but also there are a lot of delicious sides that go perfectly with their wines. Highly recommended!

Cool hangout spot. I love this local hang out spot. As most people in fremont know there aren't all that many cool wine bars, but this one is definitely a gem.

I usually hit up Vida Y Vino after work with friends. They have awesome sangria's and the owner is really friendly.

Great chill spot and definitely worth checking out

Vida Vino Wine Bistro-Best wine bistro in Fremont. On a Thursday evening in Fremont, I was on the search for a wine bar. Who would ever think to find Vida Vino Wine Bistro in the midst of common retail shops? I thought I would give it a try. It's all good as I entered the bistro with anticipation and without high expectations. I was ready to enjoy a glass of wine and dine. Although the place was not crowded, it offered a mood of warmth, comfort and a few friendly patrons. Still not quite sure what to expect, our server Ericka, made sure my initial visit would bring about another in the future. She was the key to a satisfying experience; it was not impossible to deny her suggested wines choices. It was apparent to me; her passion and knowledge is about the wine, so I trusted her selections. Also must mention, Julie the chef who provided a cheese, chocolate, and fruit tray: a delightful addition to the wines. As I departed the bistro that night I made sure I purchased a bottle of Red Zin, called Temptation. Thanks Ericka, for the recommendation, I will be back to see you!

"Mall surprise". Google search finds a jewel this passed Thursday evening after a long business day my sweetie “aka associate” and I decided to stop for a quick drink and not being locals we searched for local wine bars in Fremont, CA. Presto up pops Vida Y Vino with perm-O GPS directions to a local mall - once there we drove around, aimlessly for a bit however, the Scene – Tucked away in a dark mall parking lot, Vida Y Vino would be easy to miss but once located and inside the charming, intimate interior, with gorgeous woodwork, music to easy the day’s trouble away, and warm lighting, belie the concrete exterior. A relaxing environment made all the more distinctive by Erica “Bartender” and Julie “Chief” sense of family warmth in their welcome, service, and wine master ad-libbing, job well done.

Great any nite.. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, almost family. The staff are sensational and very personable, and give their advice and tips in not only wine selection, but their great menu. Always having special nites, and is a must visit anytime. we can't get enough of the place.

Best (and possibly only) Wine Bar/Live Music Venue in Fremont. Loved it! Live music on Thurs-Sat. Owner is always there is and is so friendly and warm. Great wine selection (although could use a little more whites by the glass) and delicious tapas selection.
