Bay Star Auto is a very friendly and honest repair shop. I have been coming to them for over 7 years. Whenever me or anyone in my family needs work done, we know we can count on Bay Star. They fix all cars so its never a problem. I own a BMW 2002.

I call him Mr Gary, I don't know his last name. He is the owner of the place. He is a man of few words but he seems to know lot's about cars. Recently my 97 Toyota failed a smog test and after many diagnosis he discovered that it would need a new Catalic converter. I thought it was going to cost me lot's of money to replace it. But with his guidance I applied to the California clean air Smog Board voucher program and they provided me with a $500 voucher credit towards the replacement of the calatic converter. My co-pay was only $108.00. Now the car runs very clean and passed the smog test with no problem. He repairs every thing in your car at his shop. If you have a problem with your car take it to him he probably can figure out whats going on and fix it. www.baystarauto.../ The best way to get to his shop is from Alvarado Niles Rd. take Western Ave. all the way to the end .

They fix my brakes at very reasonable prices. It was giving me very bad squeaking noise nobody fix the noise. I went everywhere then I found Bay Star Auto online. They fixed it. I am very thankful for Gary

I have been Bay Star's customer for the past 10 years. Once I took my car to Pep Boys, they charged me $1,000 for maintenance service and a coolant leak. But after I left the problem was still there. I then took my car to Bay Star after a friend referred me and they fixed the problem for a couple hundred. Since then I always take my car to Bay star. I will never go any place else.

Bay Star has always been there for us. I was really lucky to find Gary. My 2001 Honda Odyssey needed a smog certificate but the check engine light would have failed the smog test. We were out of luck since my other a 1994 Toyota Corolla was inoperable. The Honda would need over $3500 dollars to repair the tranmission. Gary suggested that we repair my Corolla and save up for the repair of the Honda. Gary repaired the Toyota and it has runned flawlessly. Several months later we saved enough to put a $1000 dollars down for the transmission repair of the Honda. Gary allowed me (a complete stranger) to make installment payments until the transmission bill was paid off completely. I just have to say thank you to Gary for trusting me. Gary is truly a person who practices trust, integrity and honesty.

Bay Star Auto is the best. Bay Star Auto is the best. I recently moved to bay area. I shopped around to get a smog check for my car. Everyone tries to cheat me, but then my friend recommended me to Bay Star Auto. This is the most honest shop I ever found.
