Gary is a honest guy. I have 6 vehicles. Gary is a honest guy. He always fixes all my cars and I never had any complaints since 1998.

Did not disappoint. I am very satisfied in how they treat my car here. They are honest and upfront; making prices reasonable. If you care about your car I would recommend these guys.

Been going here for over 15 years. Everytime that I bring in any of my cars to Gary, The job gets done fast and professional. And the prices you cannot beat anywhere. You will find out what I mean when you check the prices at other automotive care shops! I guarantee anyone will be satisfied when they go to him. I own a 2007 Escalade, 1998 VW golf, my other cars are my daughters 2006 Altima and 2000 Infinity. I also had a 2000 escalade and 1998 STS cad. I have been going to him for over 15 years and still am staisfied with his work.

Very good and honest repair shop. Bay Star Auto Care is a very good and honest repair shop in Union City. I am bringing my Ford Ranger 97 since 1998 and I have no complaint at all.

Bay Star is the #1 car repair shop in the whole bay area!. I am a long time Bay star Auto's customer. Bay Star is the #1 car repair shop in the whole bay area. Bay Star is very good at explaining every detail to their customers. Normally women have no experience with cars, they take the time to explain every thing to them so they can understand. Bay star is an excellent repair shop. I always take my car there. The prices are very reasonable as well.

They did such a great job. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service I received from Bay Star Auto. I am new to Union City and I did not know where to take my car. They did such a great job they will have me as their customer for life.
