Best CV Flower shop. Had some flowers deliver for my wife from Castro Valley florist a week ago last Sat (10 days ago) and they are still in fantastic shape. Really amazing! They have a coupon at their other website that I used. CastroValleyFlowerShops com

You get $5 off or a a baloon or something. Can't remember now.

Highly recomend them.

They have Long lasting flowers. My mother order me flower for my birhday

and the flowers last for a good 2 weeks and they still

where fresh the 2 week. And the arangment was very brigh and colorful and i loved it. I would go back to this

florist agan.

The worst place to order flowers. What can I say about this place. I ordered flowers for my husband on Valentines Day. The customer service was aweful and well, they had people taking orders who did not speak english themselves. That should been a red flag for me. My husband gets the flowers but here is the kicker. They no only screwed up the message on the card, they spelled my name wrong! Can you belive that? It wasnt just missing a letter, it was a completely different name. The following day, I call and speak to the manager. Her resolution for solving the problem..."i can send him a new card" Mind you she chuckles. Here is the problem I am having. I spent a good $80 with this company adn the least they could do is get the message on the card right. She said, well I had a few hispanic girls working with me that day. Nothing i can do about that and I certainly can't pinpoint who wrote the card.

My suggestion to other customers, stay away from this place. You can get better services at the local Safeway florist. They are far more customer service orientated than Castro Valley Florist.
