We had a crisis a few months ago: Our phone system and voice mail were out of service. The tech arrived within one hour and had the correct replacement part (power supply) The phones were back on in a very short time. The voice mail system had some problems he did some investigating and fixed a problem with the program and hardware. We have had an ongoing relationship from August 2006. I will stay with them for the long term. Sandy
Pros: Always lives up to expectations and are very timely and cost concious.
