Awesome does not begin. to describe this stylist! I have very fine hair with little body and Chris cuts it better than anyone I have ever had, BUT this time she added some hair extensions to the sides of my hair and WOW does this make my life easier! I no longer have to fight with the sides to make them hang right, they make my style look so much better. And the best part is that they were not expensive at all.

I was happy with Chris before but now I am really happy about my hair!

awsome colorist. My color from a Tuscon salon was terrible! I met Chris at the ranch I board my horse at and immediately knew she was good at hair by the way her hair looked. I got an appointment at the Livermore location, and Chris corrected the color and added some extensions on the sides of my hair to make it look fuller.

The result was fantastic! I now love my color, and the extra hair makes styling a breeze.

I will wait to see her again when I travel back to Livermore.

Livermore has her now!. I have been a customer of Chris's for several years now, she has given exceptional service for my difficult hair issues. I have lost a great deal of my haie due to Alopecia, and Chris has gone out of her way to find solutions as my hair became more and more difficult to deal with.

She has now moved to Livermore, but I will follow her anywhere! This gal knows and loves hair!

tried it and loved it!. What makes a great stylist? I think it is one who LISTENS, and then explains what is, and is not possible with my particular hair, then accomplishes the job without making me feel as if I am lucky to be sitting in their chair.

Chris spent over an hour making my cut perfect, and getting to know my likes and dislikes. The hour flew by, the price was right, and I will go back again...

The only negative? Make sure you book before you leave, she is not easy to catch!

one in a million. I have to admit that I hate being tied into making hair appts. in advance but I learned my lesson when I did not book Chris and had to go to another salon for my hair cut. I tried 4 places and not one took the time hris takes to be sure I get the cut I want. It IS worth the effort to book ahead with Chris.

Greatly appreciate her input!. I just had my color done by Chris and every time I go she has new and different options to consider and she seems to know exactly what to do.

I love to change my style frequently, and she accomodates my changes without hesitation. Her cuts work well with my hair, the color is beautiful, and her prices are great!

All this and more. Before I went to see Chris I did read the reviews of other customers and wanted to add one more thing. Chris does not book so many customers that she is always late. This has happened to me in other salons and I find it very annoying as my time is also limited.

The one time she was running late she called to let me know before I walked in so I could plan and decide if the appoinment still worked for me. I appreciate that kind of customer appreciation.

Something unique in today's market. Chris had done my hair for the past three years. I am always happy with the results of my color and cut. Today I had a unique experience...Chris knows money is tight for my family and took it upon herself to offer a barter instead of her usual fee. I can't say enough about a business person who also feels as if her customers are family. This is so rare in today's economy. Good work and a great heart can't be beat!

Chris has never pushed services or products I don't need. When she does suggest something I know I can count on her honesty.

She is truly amazing!. I found Chris when I was looking for a stylist in the Pleasanton area to do my hair for my wedding. I saw all the amazing reviews she received on the internet and booked a consultation with her. My experience with her was simply the best. I brought photos and ideas of what I wanted to do with my hair and it felt like she was truly listening to me. I always felt like she had all the time in the world to spend with me - such amazing customer service. I had wanted a particular style and it didn't seem to work on my hair the first time we did it so she took the time to ponder solutions to make it work. Finally, after 3 trials, we ended up finding the perfect hairstyle for my hair and I was truly happy and more importantly, it looked amazing on the wedding day. She also did the hair for my bridal party and moms on the wedding day - 9 girls in total and everyone asked for different hairstyles but she was able to work her magic and everyone looked amazing - she even managed to squeeze in 2 girls who had not planned on getting their hair done. Best of all her prices are so reasonable. I would pay more to have her do my hair. Anyway while I had only been looking for a stylist for my wedding, I now plan to go to her for my haircuts and color even though she is not near my home - it is well worth the trip for an amazing style and excellent customer service!

Saved my hair and self image. I met Chris when I took my daughter for her back-to-school hair cut. After she finished with my daughter, she very politely said to me "I have something to show you" and pulled her own hair back to reveal her own extensions. I never would have known she had them but told her I ha ve tried all methods and none have worked for me. Chris was a little persistant but made me an offer I could not refuse and am I happy she did!

My hair now looks and feels like the hair I always dreamed of. It is completely natural, I wash, style and treat it the same, but it takes 1/2 the effort, looks like I want it to look, and holds all day without enormous amounts of product in it. It was not at all expensive- much less than I have paid for other extensions and services.

When Chris works on a customer's hair you can tell she genuinely wants to solve issues, and takes personal interest in each customer. I only wish I had found her sooner. The only negative comment I can think of is that she is very busy, so plan ahead!
